***GENERAL ADOPTION INFO & RESTRICTIONS****

1. Must be kept indoors only
2. Must NOT be de-clawed
3. Must NOT be bred
4. Must be spayed/neutered at 6 months of age.
5. Must receive quality veterinarian care as needed
6. Must never be given to a pet store, shelter, rescue, or
research laboratory or left outside to survive on their own.

We do not keep a waiting list. When we have kittens available for adoption we will post their pictures and information on our "Available"
page, so check back often. We begin reserving our kittens after their first vaccination at 9 weeks old. Kittens are offered for
reservation/adoption in the order that we have been contacted. A $200.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the kitten of your
choice until he/she is old enough to leave at 12-14 weeks old. Our kittens are adopted with a written contract, health guarantee,
vaccinated at 9 & 12 weeks, wormed  and CFA registration papers (not for breeding).

Our adoption agreement requires your kitten to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days. You must mail a copy of the
well check-up results written by a licensed Vet to us within 7 days of the exam to validate the health guarantee (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Deposits are accepted to hold a kitten but are not refundable for ANY reason.  Deposit will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities in placement.
